Revivifying Myself

I stand still beside the window,
My eyes retracing your presence
Yet another day passes by…
And I still fail to hold it..
I reverie, I long, I wait for you,,
I saunter through solitude
Like the clouds beneath the sky
Now that day’s have passed by.
I remorse, for my fault,
For which you enticed me with your pleasant talks.
I’am no longer erotic, nor do I baffle with my soul
And your thoughts I have now moult
Now that I have engrossed myself, in all daily chores of life,
Time passes by, like the blowing breeze of past,
Moments we have shared, have eroded form my heart,
Like the sand by the waves apart,
Your thoughts don’t encircle me anymore,
But now that I have remolded myself like an ibis
Refurbishing my soul, revivifying myself,
For my horizon calls me back to my goal.
